Just completed the “10th. Annual Augusta Plein Air Art Event”.
Twenty three oil paintings in ten days, fresh air, birds, bugs, sunburn, and maybe a little frostbite. BUT NO RAIN. During the event I was able to spend time with old friends, make new friends, and develop collectors.
It’s always encouraging to see my work appreciated. This year renown artist, Mary Engelbreite from Saint Louis purchased one of my pieces titled, “ The Backside of Montelle”. It doesn’t get any better than that!
Now on to Cape Girardeau and the Bilderbach Gallery for the month of May. They are located at # 5 North Main.
